Remember rent is due the first of the month! Come in the office to pay or you can pay online! Please remember that we do not accept any cash. And there is always a 3% transaction fee if you pay with any plastic! (So we recommend Check ($0.00), E-Check ($1.95), or Money order (aprox. $1.00)! Thanks!

• All you need for an E-Check is your account & routing number both of which can be found on your checks. (See Photo Below) And just by using your account with us online you can get rent taken care of in a matter of minutes. (And if your not sure if it went through come let us know and we'll look it up! Keep in mind if the payment was complete there will be a confirmation given.)

POOL/SPA:

• The pool is now CLOSED for the winter! However the SPA will STAY OPEN! Remeber that you need a pool pass to access the pool/spa, gym, or workout room (you can get one in the office, it takes no more than a minute.)
• If either the Pool or Spa is closed, it's usually closed for no more than a day depending on the problem!
  

GYM:

• Volleyball Tournaments will take place over the next couple weeks. So the net will stay up, please know that half-court basketball or volleyball will only be allowed for the next few weeks! (Gym privelages may be revoked if the net is taken down!)

COMMONS:

• Watch TV or movies on our High-Def. TV!
• Play PS3, bring in your own games (appropriately rated) or we have Madden available to borrow.
• Check out stuff for our pool table.
• The piano is located in the Gym, so come on in if you'd like to practice.

(Gym hours: Mon-Thurs 10-10pm. Fri. 10-5pm and Sat. till 10-6pm.)

• Remember without a parking pass you'll want to park on the street to avoid any consequences with Parkway Authority! 
• And if your car is in the shop for any reason, and you have a rental vechicle you may contact management (between 10-5 pm) and they'll issue a temporary permit until your car is returned or fixed!

Please come into the office during any of our hours to turn in a maintenance request. The sooner things get fixed the better! (You can also fill them out online in your account.) Don't wait forever to get things fixed!

• If you need any vacuum belts or bags, please inquire at the main office.
• Also, Maintenace will replace any burnt out flourescent or vanity bulbs (big bulbs).
• You must supply your own 60-watt bulbs. (These are the standard bulbs in your bedrooms.)
